THE STRONGER CHALLENGE
We are thrilled to have your participation in Colville Physical Therapy's "Stronger Challenge". This event is meant to be completed in the setting of your choice and at your own pace over the month of June. Set a goal to walk, run or bike 25, 50,100, 150 or 200 miles. We hope you will set a goal that will challenge and motivate you to get moving!
Please help us in continuing Dale Martin's legacy by donating to the Dale Dean Martin "Built Different" Scholarship fund. Your donation will take the place of a traditional "registration fee" for this event.
To get STRONGER follow the steps below:
Donate to the Dale Dean Martin "Built Different" Scholarship Fund as your "registration fee". A donation of $20 is recommended. To donate, click on the following link:
This will take you to the Innovia Foundation, where you will be able to donate to the scholarship fund using a credit card.

Your check should be payable to “Innovia Foundation” and should include the name “Dale Dean Martin Scholarship” in the subject line
2.COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM BY JUNE 1ST
Use the following form to register for the event. Please select your t-shirt size and include your proof of donation to the Dale Dean Martin "Built Different" Scholarship fund. Your registration form will automatically be sent to us. You can also stop by the clinic to register! Click the button below to get started.
3. WALK, RUN OR BIKE
Complete your mileage goal between June 1st and June 30th. Report your mileage each Saturday in June by emailing email@example.com, or sending us a message on Facebook (please specify walking/running miles vs biking miles). Like us on Facebook for leaderboard updates.
4. GRAB YOUR SHIRT
Stop by Colville Physical Therapy after June 28th to pick up your "STRONGER" shirt!
